2018 has arrived, it is time to make a list of New Year resolutions again. But honestly, how many of us have actually achieved all the goals we set for 2017? The game plan is not to set big goals, but smaller ones. In this way, there will a higher chance of you achieving what you set out to do, and make 2018 a better and productive year.

  1. Don’t check your phone before bed

Do you have a habit of checking your phone before bed? This year, try turning in half an hour earlier on weekdays and set your smart devices aside. That means no emails or browsing on social media when you are in bed, make sure you are free from any distractions and focus on getting that extra sleep. This could help improve your sleep quality, thus making you feel better, boost your mood, and banish the under-eye circles in the long run.

Having a new hairstyle could change your look drastically. If you have been sporting the same hairstyle for years, it is perhaps time to find a good hairdresser and try a new style that is going to make you look more fabulous than before.
