CHILLED MANGO SAGO

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Sago, 2 tablespoons 
  • Mango, 1 (peel and cut into cubes) 
  • Mango ice cream, 2 scoops 
  • Soy milk, 1 cup
  • Boiling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add Sago and 2 cups of boiling water into a Thermos® Food Jar. Close the lid tightly, shake well and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain water and repeat step one. Set aside for heat insulation cooking for 1 hour.
  3. Blend Mango ice cream, 3/4 of the Mango cubes and Soy Milk. Chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Drain Sago from the Food Jar and rinse with water to remove excessive starch. Mix Sago with blended mango juice and chill in the refrigerator.
  5. Add a cup of ice cubes into the Food Jar and remove after 30 minutes. Add remaining mango cubes into the Mango Sago dessert and pour it into Thermos® Food Jar to keep your dessert cool.
