Serves 1
Ingredients:
- Papaya, 50 grams (cut into 3cm dices)
- Snow Fungus, 1 cluster (steep in water and shred)
- Red Dates, 4 pieces (steep in water)
- Ice, 1 cup
Instructions:
- Add in boiling water into a Thermos® Food Jar, close the lid tightly and leave it to preheat for 10 minutes.
- Drain the water completely and add in all ingredients.
- Pour boiling water till full capacity (until the inner rim), close lid and set aside for 1 to 2 hours' heat insulation cooking.
- Pour the papaya snow fungus sweet soup into a separate bowl, and allow it to cool till room temperature.
- Meanwhile, add a cup of ice into the same food jar. Remove ice after 30 minutes.
- Pour in the cool down ingredients from bowl to food jar to serve it chilled.
