COLD YOGURT

Ingredients:

  • Whole Milk, 500ml
  • Original Yogurt, 3 tablespoons
  • (Optional) Jam, to taste
  • (Optional) Honey, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add whole milk into a Thermos® Shuttle Chef® inner pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat. After boiling, turn off the heat source and let it cool down to 45 degree celsius. 
  2. In a big bowl, add 3 tablespoons of the cooled down milk and original yogurt. Mix well, so that the yogurt blends well with the milk. 
  3. Add milk and original yogurt mixture to the remaining cooled down milk into the Thermos Shuttle Chef® inner pot. 
  4. Stir well, close the lid and transfer into the Shuttle Chef® outer pot. Let it sit aside for at least 6 hours.
  5. After 6 hours, dish out the yogurt mix in portions into preferred containers and keep cold in the refrigerator. 
  6. Before serving, add jam, honey or your favourite fruits, to taste.

 

Tip:

  • For best hygiene purpose, it is recommended to sanitize any tools (bowl, containers, utensils etc.) that will be in touch with the yogurt with hot boiling water before use. Ideally, the tools are not used for other contents apart from the yogurt mix.
