AVOCADO MILK

Serve 1

Ingredients:

  • Avocado, 1 (skin & seed removed)
  • Sugar, 1 teaspoon
  • Organic Soy Milk (Unsweetened), 400ml

 

Instructions:

  1. Pre-chill a Thermos® 0.5L One-Push Tumbler, by adding iced water to the inner rim. Close the lid tightly, and let it sit aside to chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, add avocado and sugar, and mash it into a paste.  
  3. Drain water from the pre-chilled Thermos® One-Push Tumbler. Add avocado paste and soy milk, close the lid tightly, give it a good shake and let it sit aside for 15 minutes.

Notes:

  • This recipe is based on using a 0.5L Thermos® One-Push Tumbler. You may adjust the ingredient quantities based on the capacity of the Tumbler and adjust taste according to preference.
