Serves 8 to 10
- Blueberries, 1 small box (125 grams)
- Raspberries, 1 small box (80 grams)
- Blackberries, 1/2 box (about 85 grams)
- Green Tea Bags, 8 (cut away extra string length & paper tags)
- Natural Lemonade, 700ml
- Pure Honey, 100ml
- Water, 700ml
- Lemon, 1 (cut into 8-10 slices, for garnish)
- In a 1.8L Thermos® Shuttle Chef® inner pot, add in all ingredients (except lemon slices), bring the contents to a boil on low-medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, close the inner pot with lid and transfer it into the Shuttle Chef® outer pot. Let it sit aside for at least 5 hours.
- After 5 hours, discard ingredient solids. Before serving, garnish with lemon slices and enjoy!
- This recipe is based on Thermos® Shuttle Chef® TCRA-1800. You may adjust the ingredient quantities based on the capacity of the Shuttle Chef®.
