CHIA SEED MILK TEA

Serve 1

Ingredients:

  • Lipton Tea, 2 bags
  • Chia Seed, about 40 grams
  • Condensed Milk, 2 tablespoons
  • Evaporated Milk, 1 tablespoon
  • Ice Cubes
  • Hot Water
  • Cold Water

 

Instructions: 

Chia Seed Gel

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of Chia Seed with 100ml of water.
  2. Store Chia Seed mixture into fridge overnight.

 

Milk Tea

  1. Put Lipton Tea Bags into the Tumbler Cup with 100ml of Hot Water.
  2. Cool Thermos® One-Push Tumbler with some Ice Cubes and Cold Water for about 7 minutes.
  3. Remove Tea Bags from the Tumbler Cup.
  4. Pour about 100ml of cold water from One-Push Tumbler to Tumbler Cup.
  5. Discard remaining water and ice cubes from One-Push Tumbler.
  6. Add ingredients into the One-Push Tumbler in the below sequence and close the lid immediately.
    - Ice Cubes
    - Tea Solution from Tumbler Cup
    - Condensed Milk
    - Evaporated Milk
    - Chia Seed Gel
  7. Give One-Push Tumbler a shake for about 8 minutes, and serve immediately.
