CRIMSON CHRISTMAS PUNCH

Serves 5

Ingredients:

  • Fruit Punch, 400ml
  • Cranberry Juice, 80ml
  • Pineapple Juice, 80ml
  • Lemon Juice, 30ml
  • Ginger Ale, 400ml
  • Raspberry Sorbet, 100 grams

Instructions:

  1. In a 1.5L Thermos® Shuttle Chef® inner pot, add in fruit punch, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and mix well. (make sure all juices are chilled)
  2. Add in ginger ale slowly to keep as much fizz as possible.
  3. Add raspberry sorbet and mix well. Let it sit aside for 5 minutes and serve in a glass.
  4. Transfer remaining to the Shuttle Chef® outer pot to keep chilled for up to 6 hours, ready to be enjoyed.

Notes:

  • This recipe is based on using the Thermos® Shuttle Chef® RPF-20. You may adjust the ingredient quantities based on the capacity of the Shuttle Chef®.
