八宝糖水 (八宝大海,好运连连)
Serves 4-5
Ingredients:
- Allswell Longan, Red Date & Goji Berry Drink (500ml), 3 bottles
- Pandan Leaves, 6
- Red Dates, 15 pieces
- Dried Longans, 72 grams
- Wolfberries, 1.5 tablespoons
- Egg Whites, 3 (cooked)
- Crystal Rock Sugar, 150 grams
- Quail Eggs, 20 (cooked)
- Dried Malva Nut (Pang Dai Hai; 胖⼤海), 15 pieces
Instructions:
- Preheat a Thermos® Carafe by filling it with hot boiling water, close the lid tightly and let it sit aside.
- In a pot, add Allswell Longan, Red Date & Goji Berry drinks and Pandan Leaves. Bring the beverage to boil and continue to boil for 5 minutes.
- Add Red Dates, Dried Longans, Wolfberries, Cooked Egg Whites and Crystal Rock Sugar.
- Discard water from the carafe and immediately pour in the boiled beverage, close the lid tightly and let it sit aside for 2 hours.
- Transfer the cooked beverage from the carafe into a pot. Add Dried Malva Nut (Pang Dai Hai;胖⼤海) and Cooked Quail Eggs. Bring it to boil and continue to boil for 5 minutes. Transfer the boiling beverage back into the carafe.
- The drink is ready to serve, into Thermos® Tumbler Cups, which will keep the beverage hot for 1-2 hours.

- This dessert drink is best beneficial to improve fatigue and works well for people lack of sleep; eye bags, sore eyes and dark eye rings.
- The Dried Malva Nut (Pang Dai Hai;胖⼤海) helps to lower cholesterol.
- This recipe is based on using Allswell Longan Red Date and Goji Berry, Thermos® 2.0L Carafe THV-2000 and Thermos® 0.32L Tumbler Cup JDA-320S.
