Using a One-Push Tumbler
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- Dried Hawthorn Berry, 5 slices
- Fuji Apples, 3 thin slices
- Red Dates, 2
- Rock Sugar, 1 tablespoon or to taste
Instructions:
- With a 0.5L Thermos® One-Push Tumbler, pour hot boiling water till half fill, close the stopper lid tightly and allow it to preheat for 3 minutes. Drain water.
- Add all ingredients and pour new hot boiling water full to the inner rim, close the stopper lid tightly and let it sit aside for at least 3 hours.
Notes:
- This recipe is based on using a 0.5L Thermos® One-Push Tumbler JNR-500. You may adjust the ingredients quantity based on the capacity of the One-Push Tumbler or Tumbler.
Using a Shuttle Chef®
Serves 5 to 6 cups
Ingredients:
- Dried Hawthorn berry, 10 slices
- Apple, 1/2 (thinly sliced)
- Red Dates, 7
- Rock Sugar, 2 tablespoons (crushed)
Instructions:
- With a 1.8L Thermos® Shuttle Chef® inner pot, add all ingredients, top up with water and bring the contents to boil.
- When boiling, close inner pot with lid and transfer it into the Shuttle Chef® outer pot. Let it sit aside for 3 hours.
Notes:
- This recipe is based on using a 1.8L Thermos® Shuttle Chef® TCRA-1800. You may adjust the ingredients quantity based on the capacity of the Shuttle Chef®.
