Serve 1
Ingredients:
- Ice Cold Full cream Fresh Milk, 300ml
- Mango, 1/2 (thinly sliced and froze overnight)
- Banana, 1 (thinly sliced and froze overnight)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Pre-cool the tumbler by filling it with ice cold water and let it sit aside for 10 minutes. Discard water.
- Add 150ml of milk, 4-5 ice cubes, frozen mango and frozen banana. Fill the tumbler full with another 150ml milk.
- Cover the lid immediately and give it a good shake for about 10 minutes.
- Ready to serve, and to be consumed within 1 hour.
Notes:
- This recipe is based on using Thermos® One-Push Tumbler JNL-500.
- For best taste consumption, do not store the smoothie in the tumbler for more than 1 hour.
