Serve 1
Ingredients:
- Rice, 60 grams (less than 1/2 cup)
- Corns, 2 tablespoons
- Minced Pork, 50 grams
- Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Essence/Stock
- Salt, to taste
- White pepper, to taste
- Chopped Spring Onions, to garnish
Instructions:
- Wash rice thoroughly, soak in water for 2 hours and rinse well.
- Rinse corns with hot water and put it aside.
- Place rice, minced pork and corns into a Thermos® Food Jar.
- Preheat by pouring in hot boiling water till the inner rim, close the lid tightly and let it sit aside for 1 minute. Rinse off the water.
- Add sesame oil, chicken essence/stock, salt and white pepper. Pour in hot boiling water till the inner rim, cover lid tightly and let it sit aside for about 70 minutes.
- Before serving, sprinkle with spring onions.
