Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 2 Apples
- Lily Bulbs, 100g
- Beef, 600g
- Citrus Peel, 5g
- Salt, 8g
- Wash beef and cut into cubes.
- Wash apples and remove seeds but leave skin on. Cut into mid-size chunks. Prepare lily bulbs and citrus peel by washing them thoroughly.
- Fill your Thermos® Shuttle Chef® inner pot with water and boil. Put apples, beef cubes, lily bulbs and citrus peel into the boiled water in pot. Stew for 10 minutes.
- Place inner pot into the Thermos® Shuttle Chef outer pot, add salt to taste, and let it cook for 3 hours.
