Ingredients:
- Lotus Roots, 500 grams (peeled and cut into slices)
- Bamboo Shoots, 100 grams (soaked in water and rinsed)
- Chinese Mushrooms, 50 grams (soaked in water, rinsed and stems removed)
- Ginger, 2 slices
- Salt, 1 teaspoon (or to preference)
- Mint Leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a Thermos® Shuttle Chef® inner pot, add appropriate amount of water and bring it to a boil.
- When boiling, add lotus roots slices, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and ginger slices, and bring it to another boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes and when boiling, close inner pot with lid and transfer it into the Shuttle Chef® outer pot. Let it sit aside for 2 hours.
- Before serving, add salt to taste preference and garnish with mint leaves.
