Serve 1
Ingredients:
- Yong Tau Foo, 1 tray from supermarket
- Dashi sachet, 1
- Baby Spinach, 100 grams
- Boiling Hot Water
Instructions:
- Preheat a Thermos® Food Jar by pouring boiling hot water into the Food Jar, close the lid tightly and let it sit aside for 10 minutes.
- Wash and cut Yong Tau Foo ingredients into bite-size pieces. Wash baby spinach and cut into halves.
- Discard water from the Food Jar.
- Add Dashi sachet into the Food Jar and pour in boiling hot water till half full. Close the lid tightly and let it sit aside for 10 minutes.
- Remove Dashi sachet from the Food Jar. Add Yong Tau Foo pieces.
- Pour in boiling hot water till inner rim full, close the lid tightly and let it sit aside for 45 minutes.
- Add Baby Spinach into Food Jar 5 to 10 mins before serving.
- Dish up and serve with Rice, Noodles or eat it on its own.
