Singapore (8 August 2023) - From versatile kitchen essentials to specialty frying pans, Thermos® will be introducing an extensive range of non-stick cookware in Singapore for the first time, starting from 8 August 2023. Designed in Japan, the elegant, functional and lightweight cookware series includes Non-Stick Frying Pans, Cooking Pots, as well as a Nylon Slotted Turner accessory. Launched in conjunction with Singapore’s National Day, the cookware series comes only in Red and Wine Red colours.

The cookware series comes with a 3-Layer Non-Stick Coating that is SGS approved for food safety, contains no PFOS/PFOA, and is abrasion-resistant. With a thick base for effective heat retention, they are durable and easy to clean too - ideal for everyone from beginner cooks to those looking to save cleaning time or exploring low-fat cooking. They will be available online at official Thermos® E-commerce stores, and subsequently at major department stores in Singapore.

For a limited time only, the cookware series will be available at Takashimaya Square (Basement 2 of Takashimaya Shopping Centre) from 9 – 20 August. Live cooking demonstrations will also be held at Takashimaya Square for customers to see the cookware series in action.

Authentic Japanese Omelette Cooking: Tamagoyaki Non-Stick Frying Pan

Thermos® KFH-013E Tamagoyaki Non-Stick Frying Pan: $39

Making Japanese Rolled Omelettes at home is now a breeze with the Thermos® KFH-013E Tamagoyaki Non-Stick Frying Pan. Specially designed for this well-loved dish, the slick and flat 13cm frying pan incorporates thoughtful details for convenient cleaning. Fasteners are located outside for ease of cleaning and cooking the perfect Tamagoyaki, as the cooking area remains even. It can be used across all stove types, including induction, gas, electric, ceramic glass and halogen.

Thermos® KFH-020 and KFH-028 Deep Non-Stick Frying Pans, Prices: $39 and $56

The KFH-series Deep Non-Stick Frying Pan comes in three sizes: 20cm, 24cm and 28cm, with a height of at least 5.5cm, to serve every family’s needs. Enjoy stir-frying or simmering goodness as the lightweight pans heat up evenly and retain heat well to cook your dishes just the way you like it.

Thermos® KFH-026D Ultra-Deep Non-Stick Frying Pan, Price: $63

The KFH-series Ultra-Deep Non-Stick Frying Pan comes in five sizes: 20cm, 24cm, 26cm, 28cm and 30cm. With a height starting from 7cm (approximately 3cm deeper compared to a general frying pan), the multi-functional pans can be used for stews and soups as well, in addition to light frying. The 20cm pan has a capacity of 2.1L for 1 to 2 serving portions, ideal for couples or those living alone. The 26cm pan can cook 3 to 5 serving portions, while the 30cm pan is good for cooking 6 to 8 serving portions, including an entire fish.

For Perfect Soups and Stews: Non-Stick Cooking Pots with Double Pouring Mouths

Thermos® Cook & Taste Live Cooking Demonstrations at Takashimaya Square

As part of the launch of the cookware series, Thermos® will hold two cooking demonstration sessions at the Thermos® booth at Basement 2 of Takashimaya Square.

The Thermos® Cook & Taste live cooking demonstrations will be held across two Saturdays, 12 & 19 August from 2.30pm – 4pm. Admission is free, and customers can look forward to learning easy recipes and tasting dishes such as pasta, pan-seared meat and creamy stew that are cooked using the new cookware series.
