EGG AND MILK PORRIDGE

Serve 1

Ingredients:

  • Rice, 100 grams (1/2 cup) 
  • Milk, 200ml
  • Egg, 1
  • Sugar, a pinch


Instructions:

  1. Wash rice thoroughly to remove impurities. Rinse well and pour into the Thermos® Food Jar.
  2. Beat egg until light and fluffy. 
  3. Simmer milk on low heat to boil. Add egg to milk mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour milk and egg mixture into the Food Jar. Cover the lid tightly and let it for 1 and 1/2 hours to cook the rice.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle on some sugar to taste.
