Serves 2
Ingredients:
- Eggs, 4
- Hot Boiling Water, 500ml
- Dark Soy Sauce, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a 710ml Thermos® Food Jar, add eggs and fill it with hot boiling water till the inner rim.
- Let it sit aside for 11 minutes to continue cooking.
- Before serving, add dark soy sauce and pepper to taste.
Notes:
- This recipe is based on using the Thermos® SK-3020 Food Jar. You may adjust the ingredient quantities based on the capacity of the Food Jar.
Tip:
- You may adjust the vacuum insulation cooking time in the Food Jar for your preferred egg consistency.
