Serves 6
Ingredients:
- Chicken Drumsticks, 6 (excess fats removed)
- Red Dates, 10 (seedless)
- Goji Berries, 2 tablespoons
- Clear Chicken Broth, 1 litre
- Honeydew, 500 grams (cut into cubes)
Instructions:
- In a 3.0L Thermos® Shuttle Chef® inner pot, add all ingredients except honeydew cubes. Bring the contents to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- When boiling, close the inner pot with lid and transfer it into the Shuttle Chef® outer pot to continue cooking for at least 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, place the inner pot back to the stove and bring the contents to a boil.
- When boiling, add honeydew cubes. Close the inner pot with lid and transfer it into the Shuttle Chef® outer pot. Let it sit aside to continue cooking for another 1 hour.
- Before serving, add salt or pepper to taste.
Notes:
- This recipe is based on using the Thermos® Shuttle Chef® TCRA-3000. You may adjust the ingredient quantities based on the capacity of the Shuttle Chef®.
