LUO HAN GUO (MONK FRUIT) LEMON TEA

Serve 1

Ingredients:

  • Lemon, a little
  • Luo Han Guo (Monk Fruit), 1

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut Luo Han Guo, remove the meat and nuts, and set them aside. 
  2. Cut lemon into tiny slices and set aside. 
  3. In a Thermos® One-Push Tumbler, add luo han guo meat and nuts, and hot boiling water. Close the lid tightly and let it sit aside for 20 minutes. 
  4. After 20 minutes, add lemon slices, close the lid tightly and let it sit aside for 10 minutes.

Tips:

  • Luo Han Guo is good for nourishing the lungs, relieving cough and soothing the throat.
