HOMEMADE SWEET APRICOTS

Ingredients:

  • Apricots, 3
  • Sugar, 25g
  • Water, 1 tablespoon


Instructions:

  1. Rinse apricots and remove skin and seeds, then slice into quarters.
  2. Add sugar and 1 tablespoon of water into a pot. Melt sugar completely and add apricots into sugar mixture.
  3. Cover and simmer apricot slices for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Ensure apricots have cooled before serving, or refrigerate them if you prefer it cold!
