Serves 3 to 4
Ingredients:
- Chinese Purple Spinach Amaranth (Yin Choy), 300 grams
- Minced Garlic, 3 teaspoons
- Cooking Oil, 1 tablespoon
- Water, 300ml
- Salt, ½ teaspoon
- Light Soy Sauce, 1 teaspoon
Preparations:
- Remove the roots of the yin choy and wash thoroughly. Set aside for later use.
Instructions:
- In a 24cm Thermos® KFH-024D Ultra-Deep Non-Stick Frying Pan, heat cooking oil over low-medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add in garlic and stir fry for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- After 5 minutes, add in the washed yin choy and water. Continue to stir fry the spinach for 5 to 7 minutes until soften.
- Season with salt and light soy sauce until well combined.
- Serve and enjoy!
