STIR FRY NAPA CABBAGE

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Napa Cabbage, 500 grams
  • Shiitake Mushroom, 50 grams (about 3 mushroom)
  • Bacon, 3 slices
  • Cooking Oil, 2 tablespoons
  • Salt, ½ teaspoon
  • Light Soy Sauce, 2 teaspoons
  • Black Pepper, ½ teaspoon

 

Preparations: 

  1. Cut the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut off and discard the stems of the shiitake mushroom. Thinly slice the mushroom caps.
  3. Cut the bacon into bite-sized (about 1cm wide). 

Instructions:

  1. In a 28cm Thermos® KFH-028D Ultra-Deep Non-Stick Frying Pan, heat cooking oil over low-medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add in the bacon slices and stir fry for about 3 minutes.
  3. After 3 minutes, add in the stems of the chopped napa cabbage and sprinkle the salt on top. Continue to mix and stir fry the cabbage stems for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Add in the chopped shiitake mushroom, napa cabbage leaves, light soy sauce, and continue to stir fry for another 5 to 7 minutes.

  5. Season with black pepper and light soy sauce. Stir and mix well.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
