Ingredients(serves 4)
- Beef, 200g
- Potatoes, 500g
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small carrot
- Green peas, 2 teaspoons
- Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
- Beef broth, 1½ cup
- Sugar, 3 tablespoons
- Mirin, 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce, 5 teaspoons
Instructions
- Wash and peel potatoes. Cut potatoes, beef, onions and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in your Thermos® Shuttle Chef® inner pot. Lightly fry beef, onion, carrots and potatoes for 7 minutes.
- Proceed to add sugar, Mirin, soy sauce and beef broth.
- Place Shuttle Chef® inner pot into the outer pot and let contents simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add green peas and stir thoroughly before serving.
