KOREAN KIMCHI TOFU SOUP

Ingredients:

  • Zucchini, 6 slices
  • Kimchi, 50 grams
  • Mushrooms, 2 (chopped)
  • Dried Shrimps, a pinch
  • Tofu, 1 slab (sliced)
  • Garlic, a pinch (chopped)
  • Onions, a pinch (chopped)
  • Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon
  • Concentrated Soup Base, 1 tablespoon
  • Spring Onions, a pinch (chopped)

 

Instructions:

  1. In a Thermos® Food Jar, add hot boiling water and zucchini slices. Close the lid immediately and leave it to pre-heat for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes, drain water. Add all other ingredients (except spring onions), fill the Food Jar with hot boiling water till the inner rim and close the lid immediately.
  3. Give the Food Jar a good shake and let it sit aside for heat insulation cooking for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Before serving, garnish with spring onions.

 

Notes:

  • This recipe is based on using a 0.47L Thermos® Food Jar SK-3000. You may adjust the ingredients quantity based on the capacity of the Food Jar.
