Ingredients:
- Zucchini, 6 slices
- Kimchi, 50 grams
- Mushrooms, 2 (chopped)
- Dried Shrimps, a pinch
- Tofu, 1 slab (sliced)
- Garlic, a pinch (chopped)
- Onions, a pinch (chopped)
- Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Concentrated Soup Base, 1 tablespoon
- Spring Onions, a pinch (chopped)
Instructions:
- In a Thermos® Food Jar, add hot boiling water and zucchini slices. Close the lid immediately and leave it to pre-heat for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, drain water. Add all other ingredients (except spring onions), fill the Food Jar with hot boiling water till the inner rim and close the lid immediately.
- Give the Food Jar a good shake and let it sit aside for heat insulation cooking for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, garnish with spring onions.
Notes:
- This recipe is based on using a 0.47L Thermos® Food Jar SK-3000. You may adjust the ingredients quantity based on the capacity of the Food Jar.
