MANGO LASSI

Serve 1

Ingredients:

  • Mango, 100 grams (skin & seed removed)
  • Sugar, 1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt, 120 grams
  • Milk, 200ml

Instructions:

  1. Pre-chill a Thermos® 0.5L One-Push Tumbler, by adding iced water to the inner rim. Close the lid tightly, and let it sit aside to chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, add mango, sugar, and mash it into a paste.
  3. After 10 minutes, discard ice from One-Push Tumbler. Add mango paste, yogurt and milk, close the lid tightly, give it a good shake and let it sit aside for 15 minutes.

Notes:

  • This recipe is based on using a 0.5L Thermos® One-Push Tumbler. You may adjust the ingredient quantities based on the capacity of Tumbler and adjust taste according to preference.
