WOLFBERRIES RED DATES GINGER TEA

Ingredients

  • Wolfberries, 10 pieces
  • Red dates, 5g
  • Raw ginger, 3 slices
  • Water, 800g

Instructions

  1. Soak wolfberries in warm water for 2-3 minutes. Cut open red dates in the centre with a knife.
  2. After soaking wolfberries, put them together with red dates into a clean pot, add water and heat to boil. When boiled, add raw ginger slices, turn down to small fire, cover pot & heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Ready to serve. You can store this calming tea in your Thermos® tumbler to enjoy when you are on-the-go.
